Guru Food’s Indian Sauces contains spices ground using an advanced cryogenic process: During common spice grinding process much of the natural essential oils evaporate due to friction heat build-up in industrial grinding machines. Guru Food’s uses spices that are ground using a new advanced equipment that super-cools the grinding heads equipment with liquid nitrogen. 100% of the essential oils are retained using this process. The spices are then immediately vacuumed packed to retain freshness.
Guru Food’s Indian Sauces are process without dairy fillers: Guru Sauces are dairy-free and this provides distinct advantages:

Avocado oil is one of few edible oils not derived from seeds; it is pressed from the fleshy pulp surrounding the avocado pit. It is high in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E. Avocado oil also enhances the absorption of carotenoids and other nutrients
Guru Food’s Indian Sauces are made with using Himalayan Salt: Guru Indian Sauces are made with Himalayan crystal salts. Himalayan salt contains 20 minerals which are essential for our body. Guru Indian Sauces are low in sodium.

Guru Food Products Inc. does not use eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, seafood, sesame, soy, sulfites, tree nuts, wheat or gluten.
Guru Food’s Indian Sauces does not have sugar added: Guru Indian Food Products add no sugar or sweeteners during production.
