This dish is named for the city of Madras. The city is now called Chennai and is the capital of south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Chicken Madras is a very spicy tangy & full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Chilly
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
- 450 gm diced Boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Stem And Leaves
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Guru Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 jar Guru Curry Sauce
Instructions

Marinate the chicken breast with 1 cup of yogurt, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp chili power, limejuice, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, ½ tsp cinnamon powder. Refrigerate for two hours

Heat the marinated chicken in a large sauce pan until chicken is tender

Add 1 bottle of Guru Curry sauce and 2 tbsp coriander stems Continue to cook until oil separate from gravy

Plate & garnish with fresh coriander leaves
